Trying to get healthy again!

Hi, I am trying a healthy anti-aging real foods type diet. Occasionally, I will have some processed food like cheese or ice cream but I will try to keep that to once a month or so. I am jogging/walking every day for about 3-4 miles. I am really slow because this takes me about an hour to do. When I was in my 30's, I could run 3 miles in 27 minutes but now I am in my 50's and I don't exercise as much as I used to.

I am worried about a pain I am having right now. In the back of my head. It is sort of like having a stiff neck type pain also because it is hard to turn my head.

I am really going to have to try to be more consistent with my blogging.
